Rebecca knows what she's doing and likes to get things done, and also has a million contacts she can introduce you to for every aspect of your home (she knows loan people, finance people, roof repair people, foundation people, inspection people, everything).First-time home buyers might get a little overwhelmed, but that is also just part of my own personality, so I can't say here or there on whether you will feel that way. At the end of the day, Rebecca gets things done. It's like grabbing a 100 MPH roller-coaster ride by the hand, but if you're willing to trade being stressed for a few days for speed and efficiency, you will have bought a house competitively priced.

I met Rebecca while on vacation in Austin and had found a house I was interested in purchasing. I had looked at a few houses and met some realtors, but none really stood out. I called and got Rebecca at 4 pm on a Tuesday and asked if she could show me a home I had found on Zillow. Boy, did Rebecca work fast!! She had me inside the home looking at it the same day, within 2 hours. She also brought her husband, Ronnie, a contractor. I had expressed interest in renovating the home after purchase, so she brought him to answer any questions I might have had so that I could make the most informed decision possible. She arranged financing that night, had an offer in the following morning, and was under contract that afternoon. She was quick, professional, and communicative throughout the whole process. She worked on any snags and facilitated an on-time closing. It was truly a pleasure to work with Rebecca. She gets an A+++ from me, and I will be using her gains soon for some investment properties for sure. THANKS REBECCA!!!
